Absolutely not. Jiu-Jitsu will get you in shape. Like everything you try, your first couple classes will be challenging — but it gets easier over time.

Our instructors will help everyone meet their personal goal one step at a time. The room is full of people who started exactly where you are — they just took the first class.

Q) Am I too old for Jiu-Jitsu?

Of course not. Jiu-Jitsu is for everyone. We tailor your training so you learn at your own pace and avoid injury.

It doesn't matter if you're 7 or 70 — Jiu-Jitsu has something to offer for everyone. Some of our most respected training partners started in their late 50s.
